The material setting you have selected in design space or on your smart set dial matches the material on your machine mat. Cutting out multiple colors at once. I ve put all my colors of htv onto my cricut mat. Cricut sells a standard blade that comes with a grey rubber cover and newer blades have a white rubber cover also called a fine point blade. Attempt cutting a different material such as copy paper at the appropriate setting for that material. If you manage to get the thin fonts or smaller script words to cut correctly try reverse weeding to make it easier to transfer if you are using vinyl.
